1. Digital Products & Final Sale

All products sold on Reximer are digital goods, including but not limited to DJ remixes, DJ edits, mixtapes, and downloadable audio files.

Due to the intangible and non-returnable nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the product has been delivered or made available for download.

2. Limited Refund Exceptions

Refund requests may be considered only under the following limited circumstances:

• You were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a system error.
• You did not receive access to your purchased product within 24 hours after successful payment.
• The downloaded file is corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

Refund requests must be submitted within three (3) days of purchase and must include proof of payment and a detailed description of the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Failure to download due to user device, software, or internet issues
• Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms
• Lack of usage or dissatisfaction after access is granted

4. Unauthorized Transactions

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
